This is for residential one building and price amount is based on heated square feet. Detached garages are not included in the base price, but I’ll take a look anyway and we can decide if a formal inspection is needed. If you're not sure of the square footage take a guess, we always double check the public record to make sure you know what you're buying. Times are just an estimate.
0 - 1,499 sq. ft. 120 minutes. $495.00

Wood Destroying Insect (termite) Inspection includes the NPMA-33 inspection form.
